Maxwells Services Pty Ltd T/A Australian College of Higher Studies (AUSCHS) is currently seeking casual and Full Time Trainers/Assessors to deliver Nationally Recognized Training in Children Services- eraly Childhood Education and Care, Cert III/IV/Diploma of Disability, Cert III/IV/Diploma of Community Services work/ Community Welfare work and Potentially Aged Care in selected regions.

To be successful in this role you must have:
• Candidates with Significant/Current experience as a trainer/assessor need apply;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service focus;
• Demonstrated experience in Training and Assessments;
• Excellent computer and administrative skills;
• Demonstrated experience in delivering pre-vocational courses;
• Understanding of RTO compliance framework;
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA or TAE 40110, must be willing to do upgrade of own TAA to TAE;
• Have own ABN;
• A qualification such as Diploma in Children's Services, Certificate III in Aged Care or Nursing Qualifications;
• A qualification such as Diploma of Disability, Diploma of Community Services Work/ Community Welfare Work/Certificate III in Aged Care or Nursing Qualifications;
• The background to achieve Relevant State/Territory a working with children and young person’s clearance check;
